Football Recap: Judge Memorial Catholic's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Judge Memorial Catholic walked away with it. They snuck past the Providence Hall Patriots with an 11-6 win on Friday. Surprisingly, this marked the Bulldogs' fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Judge Memorial Catholic didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of MJ Molini and Michael Gibbons.

The victory snapped Judge Memorial Catholic's losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 2-9 record. As for Providence Hall, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Judge Memorial Catholic will head out on the road to square off against San Juan at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will need to watch out since the Broncos have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matchups. Providence Hall does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
