Washington is 8-2 against Kennedy since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. Washington will venture away from home to challenge Kennedy at 4:00 p.m. Washington will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Washington gave up the first runs last Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against American by a score of 4-1.

Washington let Joseph Guerra and Peyton Romero run wild. Guerra scored two runs while going 1-for-2, while Romero scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. That's the most runs Guerra has posted since back in May of 2024. Tristan Wells also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Meanwhile, Kennedy came up short against James Logan on Friday, falling 10-4. The Titans have struggled against the Colts recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Isaiah Ebrahimi led a balanced group of hitters, scoring a run while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Ethan Kennedy, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one triple.

Even though they lost, Kennedy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. This was only their first loss (out of three games) when they post 11 or more hits.

Kennedy now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Washington, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Everything went Washington's way against Kennedy in their previous meeting back in March of 2024, as Washington made off with a 12-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Washington since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
