The Sweet Home Huskies will face off against the Cottage Grove Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Sweet Home's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Cottage Grove has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

On Friday, Sweet Home didn't have quite enough to beat Crescent Valley and fell 24-21.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Sam Barringer, who rushed for 77 yards and one touchdown.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Cottage Grove's offense. They were beaten by Marist 35-0 on Friday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Lions haven't been shut out since back in September.

Sweet Home's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Cottage Grove, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.
