Football Game Preview: Cedar Ridge Christian Regents vs. Don Bosco Dons

The Cedar Ridge Christian Regents will head out to face off against the Don Bosco Dons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cedar Ridge Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Don Bosco likes a good challenge.

Cedar Ridge Christian took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 41-26 victory over Central.

Meanwhile, Don Bosco faced Turkey Valley in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Dons took down the Trojans 47-30. The Dons haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Cedar Ridge Christian now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Don Bosco, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Cedar Ridge Christian was dealt a bruising 88-0 loss at the hands of Don Bosco in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Regents avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
