Chace Hurley Delivers Best Effort of Season
Chace Hurley produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Pueblo South to the win on Thursday. Hurley picked up a sack and made 13 total tackles (2.0 for loss). He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 70 yards.
The win (which was Pueblo South's fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Hurley and Pueblo South will take on Harrison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Discovery Canyon Wins Fourth-Straight Thanks to Devon Baker
Devon Baker's big game helped extend Discovery Canyon's winning streak to four on Saturday. Baker was unstoppable, picking up a sack and making four total tackles. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making four total tackles.
Discovery Canyon's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Baker and Discovery Canyon are on the road again on Friday to play Lewis-Palmer at 7:00 p.m.

Big Game from Herrera As Pueblo South Won 47-0
Another Pueblo South player making an appearance on this list is Caeden Herrera. He threw for 159 yards and four touchdowns while completing 88.2% of his passes.
Pueblo Centennial's probably not too fond of Herrera given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Herrera saw the Bulldogs), he threw for 76 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushed for 30 yards.
