St. John Paul II came into Monday's game looking for another win against Community Christian, but Shane Pohler wouldn't allow it. The Chargers came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 59-49 on Monday with plenty of help from Pohler, who went 5-for-10 to rack up 23 points along with five assists and five boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.8 points per game.

When it comes to explaining why St. John Paul II lost, don't look at Rex Lunt. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 28 points and ten rebounds. Micah Moxey was another key player, putting up 12 points in addition to six boards and five assists.

The win made it two in a row for Community Christian and bumps their season record up to 3-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points over those games. As for St. John Paul II, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
