Wednesday just wasn't the day for Wilson's offense. They fell 13-0 to the Northview Vikings on Wednesday. The Wildcats' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Wilson still got an impressive performance from Hailey Tran, who rushed for 97 yards on only 12 carries.

Wilson's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Northview, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Wilson is set to square off against their familiar foe Rowland at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Wildcats 7.7, the Raiders 10.6) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Northview will challenge rival Charter Oak at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
