Baseball Recap: Lawson Comes Up Short

Lawson was the 6-2 winner over Cameron when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cardinals fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 5-4 on Monday. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lawson's loss dropped their record down to 19-4. As for Cameron, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-13.

Looking ahead, Lawson will host Wellington-Napoleon at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cameron, they are taking a road trip to square off against Bishop LeBlond at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
