Preview: Logan Grizzlies vs. Sky View Bobcats
The Logan Grizzlies will head out on the road to take on the Sky View Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Logan comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 24 points in their last ten games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
Logan suffered their biggest defeat since December 2, 2023 on Thursday. They had to suffer through a rough 49-13 loss at the hands of Mountain Crest. Logan has struggled against Mountain Crest recently, as their game on Thursday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Sky View posted their biggest victory yet this season on Thursday. Everything went their way against Bear River as Sky View made off with a 47-25 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Sky View has posted against Bear River since January 14, 2021.
Logan's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-12. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 16.0 points per game. As for Sky View, their victory bumped their record up to 8-5.
Logan was taken down by Sky View 58-21 in their previous meeting back in February of 2023. Can Logan avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
