Basketball Recap: Lehman Comes Up Short

After soaring to 57 points the game before, Lehman was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a 61-28 loss at the hands of the Glenn Grizzlies. The Lobos have struggled against the Grizzlies recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

When it comes to explaining why Lehman lost, don't look at Isaac Rivas. Despite the final result, he went 6 of 8 on his way to 17 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Rolando (Rj) Luna, who posted five points along with five boards and four steals.

Lehman's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Glenn, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-9.

Lehman and Glenn could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Lehman (ranked 1107th) will meet Leander (ranked 118th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Glenn (ranked 579th) will meet Liberty Hill (ranked 81st) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
