Basketball Recap: Wiregrass Ranch Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Wiregrass Ranch can now relate to. They took a 68-53 bruising from the Wharton Wildcats on Monday. The Bulls were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 72-61.

Wiregrass Ranch's defeat dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Wharton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 23-6.

Wiregrass Ranch does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wharton, they will challenge Charlotte at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Charlotte will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Wharton surely won't give up without a fight.
