Softball Recap: Heights Comes Up Short

Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Kapaun Mt. Carmel Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on Tuesday.

Heights saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaime Jimenez, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Heights' loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Kapaun Mt. Carmel, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Coming up, Heights will square off against Southeast at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kapaun Mt. Carmel does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
