Wauseon scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets by a score of 69-66. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (55), the Indians still had to take the loss.

Wauseon's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Perrysburg, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wauseon will head out to take on Paulding at 7:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Wauseon has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Perrysburg, they will venture away from home to square off against Ross at 7:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
