Softball Recap: Rockwall Comes Up Short

Rockwall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 13-2 to the Crandall Pirates.

Addison Edgington made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That RBI was her first of the season.

Rockwall's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Crandall, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Rockwall will head out to challenge Rowlett at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Crandall, they will be taking part in a tournament against Lindale at 2:15 p.m. on Friday.
