Basketball Recap: Pana Triumphs

It was a proper cat-fight when Pana duked it out with Edinburg on Saturday. The Panthers snuck past the Wildcats with a 67-62 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2021.

Pana has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 57.5 points this season. As for Edinburg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Coming up, Pana will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Shelbyville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Edinburg, they will take on Athens at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
