Basketball Recap: Hagerman Pirates vs. Raft River Trojans
Hagerman was the 55-53 winner over Raft River when they last played one another back in December of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Pirates received a blow on Friday as they fell 56-41 to the Trojans.

Despite the loss, Hagerman saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Casen Knight dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten rebounds. Knight is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last six games he's played. Jace Leavitt was another key player, putting up ten points.
Hagerman's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Raft River, they moved to 7-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
