Basketball Recap: Propel Montour Takes a Loss

Propel Montour was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 66-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hillel Academy Heat. The Legends were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Heat earlier this season, when they won 58-50.

Hillel Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Coby Shaw out in front who posted 21 points. Caleb Knoll was another key player, putting up 14 points.

Propel Montour's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Hillel Academy, they pushed their record up to 7-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Propel Montour does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hillel Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Trinity Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hillel Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.7 points per game this season.
