Basketball Game Preview: Oak Hill Rams vs. Fairview Panthers

The Oak Hill Rams will challenge the Fairview Panthers at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Oak Hill has given up an average of 62.2 points per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Oak Hill saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell just short of Pitkin by a score of 60-57.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Ty Goodwin, who shot 40% from the field en route to 20 points. Another player making a difference was Spencer Daniels, who went 6-for-13 on his way to 16 points and eight rebounds.

Meanwhile, Fairview posted their closest win since January 10th on Wednesday. They skirted past Plainview 50-47.

Fairview's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Oak Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Oak Hill took a serious blow against Fairview in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, falling 82-50. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
