Basketball Recap: Ridgevue Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Timberline

On Wednesday, Ridgevue faced Timberline in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Ridgevue Warhawks fell just short of the Timberline Wolves by a score of 52-50. That's two games in a row now that the Warhawks have lost by exactly two points.

Several Warhawks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Javonte Boles, who posted 15 points. Tucker Tiddens was another key player, putting up 17 points.

Ridgevue has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-15 record this season. Timberline's victory bumped their record up to 15-10.
