Baseball Recap: Johnson Comes Up Short

Johnson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 23-1 to the Burbank Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 last Tuesday.

Johnson's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Burbank, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Johnson wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 30-10 win against Foothill on the 29th. As for Burbank, they have also already played their next contest, an 8-7 defeat against Cosumnes Oaks on the 29th.
