Volleyball Recap: Lake Wales Comes Up Short

Lake Wales was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the George Jenkins Eagles, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16, 25-2.

Lake Wales' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for George Jenkins, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Wales will welcome Roosevelt Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for George Jenkins, they will square off against Bartow at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
