Basketball Recap: Canyon Springs Pioneers vs. Legacy Longhorns
Canyon Springs was the 59-57 winner over Legacy when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Canyon Springs Pioneers had to suffer through a 68-37 loss at the hands of the Legacy Longhorns. While losing is never fun, the Pioneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nevada basketball rankings (they are ranked 32nd, while the Longhorns are ranked fifth).

Canyon Springs lost on Saturday despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ariyanah Custard, who went 5 of 12 en route to 12 points. Custard is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
