Volleyball Recap: Mater Biscayne Academy Takes a Loss

Mater Biscayne Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Avant Garde Academy Sharks.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-11, 25-16.

Mater Biscayne Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Avant Garde Academy, their victory was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-2.

Looking ahead, Mater Biscayne Academy will venture away from home to take on Sports Leadership & Management at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Avant Garde Academy, they will welcome Somerset Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
