Recap: Ramona Rams vs. Palmdale Falcons
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Ramona Rams had no problem doing just that on Friday. They breezed by Palmdale at home to the tune of 52-7. Considering Ramona has won four contests by more than 30 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Sincere Tolbert continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 180 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.6 yards per carry. Jeremiah Acosta was another key contributor, throwing for 163 yards and three touchdowns.
Ramona has yet to lose a match at home this season, leaving them with a 7-5 record. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 46.33 points. As for Palmdale, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-5.
Ramona will head out on the road to face off against Quartz Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Quartz Hill is coming into the game hot, having won their last eight games. Palmdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
