Baseball Game Preview: Colquitt County Packers vs. Ware County Gators

The Colquitt County Packers will head out on the road to take on the Ware County Gators at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Last Saturday, Colquitt County came up short against Killian and fell 10-5.

Meanwhile, Ware County put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Thomasville with a sharp 9-2 win. Considering the Gators have won five contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ware County pushed their record up to 7-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 10.3 runs. As for Colquitt County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Colquitt County might still be hurting after the 10-4 defeat they got from Ware County in their previous matchup on February 10th. Can Colquitt County avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
