Cabell Midland faced Spring Valley in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Knights came out on top in a nail-biter against the Timberwolves, sneaking past 2-1. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Timberwolves recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
