O'Dea won the last time they faced Seattle Prep and things went their way on Friday too. The Fighting Irish blew past the Panthers 39-14. Given the Fighting Irish's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked second, while the Panthers are ranked 50th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win made it two in a row for O'Dea and bumps their season record up to 2-1. As for Seattle Prep, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.
