Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is Parkway Central's Fourth in Last Five Outings

Parkway Central saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Festus Tigers by a score of 2-0.

Maddie Schaefer paced Parkway Central's offense, picking up 14 kills. Schaefer got some help from Taylor Jesse and her 20 assists.

Parkway Central has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. As for Festus, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-8-1.

Parkway Central has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Lindbergh on the 4th. As for Festus, they are taking a road trip to challenge St. Francis Borgia at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
