Central Christian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adeline Aubrey, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Open Door Christian). Everything went their way against Medina Christian Academy on Tuesday as they made off with a 24-2 win. The Patriots have beaten the Knights the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Knights has come to flipping the script.
Julia Reaser and Olivia Reaser were a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Reaser struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk). With that strong performance, Julia is now averaging an impressive 3.3 RBI per game.
In other batting news, Lily Perris was a standout: she got on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in May of 2024. Amylia Cintron was another key player, scoring four runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
