Soccer Game Preview: Seton Catholic vs. Toledo

The Seton Catholic Cougars will venture away from home to challenge the Toledo Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Seton Catholic's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Toledo's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Seton Catholic is headed into the game without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. They and Stevenson finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw on Thursday.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Toledo was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They came up short against La Center, falling 5-1.

Seton Catholic's draw gives them a new season record of 3-0-3. As for Toledo, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3-2.

Seton Catholic took their win against Toledo in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 9-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
