Soccer Recap: North Marion Takes a Loss

North Marion lost against Lincoln back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Huskies came up short against the Cougars, falling 5-1.

North Marion's goal came courtesy of Briella Sphon, who's now up to seven this season.

North Marion's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5-1. As for Lincoln, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. North Marion will face off against rival Philip Barbour at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lincoln is set to take on their familiar foe Lewis County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
