Jordan hadn't beaten American Fork on the road since March 15, 2016 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. The Beetdiggers won by a run and slipped past the Cavemen 7-6. That's two games straight that the Beetdiggers have won by just one run.
Jordan got a great performance from DANIEL STROPE as he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on DALLON MOLDER, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was JAYDEN MONTOYA, who went 1-for-4 with two runs and one triple.
The victory made it two in a row for Jordan and bumps their season record up to 7-4. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of one runs across that stretch. As for American Fork, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-5.
