Enka is a perfect 10-0 against Erwin since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Jets will venture away from home to face off against the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Enka is coming into the game hot, having won their last six games.

Enka had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt A.C. Reynolds on Tuesday. The Jets put the hurt on the Rockets with a sharp 11-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Jets, who have now won five contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 17 runs the game before, Erwin was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell just short of North Buncombe by a score of 3-2. The game marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Kylie Gingras spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on three hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Erwin saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taegan Payne, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base.

Erwin's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Enka, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.

Enka got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in April of 2025 against Erwin by a conclusive 8-0 score. Will the Jets repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
