Audrea Watts was a major factor in Cabell Midland's win over Winfield on Monday. Watts was dialed in as she struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits (and not a single walk). It looks like she has Winfield's number considering she had a big game the last time she faced them back in March of 2024. Watts has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 13 consecutive appearances.
