Covenant Christian Academy put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Bourgeois Braves get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Lions' pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last three contests.

Covenant Christian Academy pushed their record up to 26-0 with the win, which was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Bourgeois, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's still a better percentage than their 4-23 record this season.

Covenant Christian Academy is taking a road trip to face off against Centerville at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Covenant Christian Academy 0.6, Centerville 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Bourgeois, they will be playing at home against Central Lafourche at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
