Basketball Recap: Bristol Bay Makes It 14 in a Row at Home

Bristol Bay entered their tilt with King Cove on Monday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They snuck past the King Cove T-Jacks and Rookies with a 48-42 win. That's more bragging rights for the Angels, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Bristol Bay was led to victory by Olivia Harvilla and Brooke Phelps. Harvilla posted 20 points, while Phelps had 19 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Harvilla has scored at least a third of Bristol Bay's points.

Bristol Bay pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. As for King Cove, they moved to 4-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
