Meanwhile, Monticello was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Grand County.
The final score came out to 25-11, 25-19, 23-25, 25-18.
Monument Valley has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. As for Monticello, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.
