Baseball Recap: Lathrop Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Lathrop's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They came out on top against the South Harrison Bulldogs by a score of 9-5. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Mules as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Lathrop's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 11-11. As for South Harrison, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Lathrop will head out to take on Cameron at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Harrison, they will take on Braymer at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
