Baseball Recap: Westinghouse Comes Up Short

Westinghouse lost against Clemente back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Warriors lost 17-4 to the Wildcats. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westinghouse saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Myles McElrath, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Westinghouse's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Clemente, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season.

While Westinghouse had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
