Volleyball Recap: Rayne Comes Up Short

Rayne was the 3-0 winner over Acadiana when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolves came up short against the Rams on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Rayne's loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Acadiana, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Rayne will venture away from home to challenge Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Acadiana, they will head out to take on Barbe at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will give the Rams their first taste of in-conference action this season.
