Basketball Recap: Glenwood's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Glenwood had lost four straight headed into Saturday's matchup, but Rowann Law didn't let it get to five. The Glenwood Titans came out on top against the Lincoln Railsplitters by a score of 66-56 on Saturday thanks in part to Law, who went 5 of 9 en route to 14 points and five steals. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last three times she's played.

Another player making a difference was Makaela Diamond, who posted 11 points. Those 11 points gave her a new career-high.

Glenwood's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-6. As for Lincoln, they now have a losing record at 8-9.

Glenwood wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 44-37 victory against Normal West on the 14th. As for Lincoln, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 71-26 win against Lanphier on the 18th.
