Kingston and North Mason are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2017, but likely not for long. The Buccaneers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Kingston's offense. They fell just short of North Kitsap by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Kingston can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 137th, while North Kitsap are ranked 43rd).

Meanwhile, North Mason was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against Bremerton, falling 5-1.

Kingston's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for North Mason, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Kingston beat North Mason by a goal when the teams last played back in October of 2024, winning 1-0. Do the Buccaneers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
