Volleyball Recap: Deer Park Has No Trouble Against Clear Falls

Deer Park not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since August 12th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Clear Falls Knights with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Deer in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won five in a row.

Deer Park never let Clear Falls on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-16, 25-18.

Alixandra Klein paced Deer Park's offense, picking up 14 kills. Klein got some help from Emma Hooks and her 26 assists. Hooks also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Isabella Di Colandrea, racking up three apiece.

Deer Park now has a winning record of 14-13. As for Clear Falls, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-15.
