McIntosh lost to M.L. King back in February of 2015, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The McIntosh Chiefs came out on top against the M.L. King Lions by a score of 43-33. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chiefs.

Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ronald K Collins, who posted five points and six rebounds. Jeffrey Hayes was another key player, putting up eight points.

McIntosh's record is now 5-7. As for M.L. King, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-10.

McIntosh and Temple will round out the year against one another at at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Temple's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven contests. As for M.L. King, they will take on LaGrange at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
