Needham entered their tilt with Natick on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Redhawks. The Rockets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Redhawks, too.

Needham had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 14-25, 25-18, 25-20, 27-25.

Needham's record is now 8-1. As for Natick, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.

Needham will square off against Lincoln-Sudbury at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Natick, they will take on Algonquin Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
