 Graham is still looking for their season's first win. They lost  16-0 to the Jordan-Matthews Jets on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Graham of the  21-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in March of 2023.
 For Jordan-Matthews' part,  Eduardo Gutierrez was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Gutierrez was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news, Jordan-Matthews got a  massive  performance out of  Kelton Fuquay, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-2. Fuquay is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Ian McMillan, who  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances.
 Graham's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Jordan-Matthews,  the  win  made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 8-10.
 The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: they beat Graham by a score of  17-0 later that day.
