West Central took care of business in their home opener on Friday. They took down the Winamac Warriors 24-8. This was payback for the Trojans, who suffered a 24-16 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Perhaps the best among them was Connor Huber, who rushed for 183 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 11.4 yards per carry. Huber really tore up the turf during one magnificent 84-yard run.
