Kimball came out on top against Lincoln on Thursday thanks in part to Deonte Washington's efforts. Washington rushed for 25 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 59 yards and one TD. The performance also marked the most receiving yards (ten) he has had since back in October of 2024.

Washington and Kimball are taking a road trip to take on Carter at 2:00 p.m. on the 18th. The game will pit Washington up against the Cowboys' star pass catcher Jayden Lacy.
