Softball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 9-6 to the Denver City Mustangs on Thursday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

We've got a battle between Eagles coming up. As for Denver City, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 7-5 victory against Sanford-Fritch on the 13th.
