Basketball Recap: Dickinson Takes a Loss

Dickinson lost a heartbreaker to Mandan when they met back in January, and they left with a heavy heart again on Friday. The Dickinson Midgets took a 94-83 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mandan Braves. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (72), the Midgets still had to take the loss.

Dickinson has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 15-11 record this season. As for Mandan, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dickinson will square off against Bottineau at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mandan, they will challenge Minot at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
